ORP Chair Encourages Craig Shubert, Candidates, and Republican Voters to ‘Rise and Rally’ in 2026

FAIRLAWN – Ohio Republican Party Chairman Alex Triantafilou recently joined Craig Shubert and fellow Republican candidates from across Ohio to deliver a clear message ahead of the 2026 election cycle: it is time for conservatives across the Buckeye State to “Rise and Rally.”
While Republicans enter the election season with strong statewide leadership — including Vivek Ramaswamy and Rob McColley — Chairman Triantafilou emphasized that no election can be taken for granted. Democrats are highly motivated to reclaim power and are expected to mobilize every available resource in pursuit of that goal.
That is why Ohio Republicans are being urged to vote early and make their voices heard before Election Day. “It’s okay to vote that way,” Chairman Triantafilou told supporters, stressing the importance of securing votes in advance whenever possible. Unexpected events can happen at any time. He pointed to September 11, 2001— which fell on New York’s Primary Election Day — when thousands of New Yorkers were ultimately unable to
cast their ballots.
Democrats have openly stated they expect to have as much as 40 percent of their vote “banked” before Election Day arrives. Republicans must meet that challenge with energy, organization, and urgency.
The message from Republican leaders is simple: don’t wait. Vote early. Stay engaged. Rise and Rally for Ohio in 2026.
